Unstuck!

Questions about ADHD, executive function, or how to support your child (or yourself)? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Join Ella and Kinyatta (from Building Up Bold) for 5 live, 75 min small group coaching calls this summer where you can get your most pressing questions answered by a certified ADHD educator and executive function coach — in a space that’s warm, practical, and judgment-free.

We will help you understand ADHD, build your strategy toolkit for effectively parenting a kid with ADHD, and help you feel more empowered to be your kid’s best coach.

Plus! Your kiddo is invited to participate! Students can listen in and participate in student centered breakout discussions to learn, share their perspectives, and help contribute to the family conversations.

What You’ll Get:

  • 5 live calls (75 min each on Zoom)

  • A chance to ask your questions and get expert, personalized guidance

  • Clarity on next steps to reduce overwhelm and support your household and family

  • A supportive environment to learn from others going through the same things

  • A community of other parents in a small cohort

This is for you if...

  • You want support but aren’t ready to commit to 1:1 coaching

  • You’re craving clarity and expert answers (without hours of Googling)

  • You want something that supports you and your kids

  • You appreciate honest, research-backed guidance — minus the shame or judgment

What Kinds of Questions Can I Bring?

  • How do I help my child with ADHD actually get started on homework?

  • What do executive function skills really mean, and how do I support them at home?

  • My kid doesn’t listen to me- help!

  • What systems actually work for families like mine?

No question is too big or too small — bring what’s real.

Who We Are

Ella Holton-McCoy, MA

Owner of Illuminated Executive Function Coaching

Hi! I am an executive function coach who holds a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Therapy. I am passionate about helping students thrive in school by collaborating to find systems, support their success through accountability, and coaching students to figure out ways they learn best.

I love helping students uncover how they learn best, guide them towards using resources, and seeing students from a holistic lens. My ideal coaching clients are high school and college students who genuinely want to improve their learning, their systems, and thrive in school and life.

Owner or Building Up Bold

Kinyatta Reynolds

Hello! I’m Kinyatta, the founder of Building Up Bold. I’m a daughter, wife, and proud mom to three wonderfully busy kids (16, 14, and 10). I earned my BA in Sociology while juggling competitive athletics at Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington, so I know a thing or two about balancing a lot at once!

I love helping students grow into independent, organized, and confident problem-solvers. I work with all students, but I especially enjoy supporting high schoolers, college students, and anyone navigating big transitions and parents who want a little extra guidance. My focus is on making time management, breaking tasks into doable steps, and creating smooth home routines feel simple and achievable.
